We visit the site, understand the scope, and establish a realistic conversation about cost and schedule.

Detailed line-item estimate. No vague allowances — every assembly, every finish, priced and documented.

PERMITTING

We pull permits, coordinate plan check, and handle city correspondence.

MOBILIZATION

Site prep, material staging, crew scheduling. Work begins on the date we committed to.

CONSTRUCTION

Owner on-site. Weekly progress updates. Inspections scheduled and passed on the first visit.

CLOSEOUT

Final walk-through, punch list, inspections cleared, and a written warranty handed to the owner.
